availability of records?

does anyone know if we can somehow access our school records from cascade? or what has become of them? it would be helpful for many reasons, not to mention

WHO MIGHT GET THEIR HANDS ON THEM...

You and your child must request them in writing. You should call the school and ask them for the appropriate request for records form.  They can fax it to you.  Then request the chart in it's entirety.  This may cost you - and that cost may be prohibitive.  Sometimes they charge 50 cents per copy. Many have failed to  file suits and complaints because they can not afford the cost of the records.  They must provide them to you under the HIPPA regulations.
