Hey Carmel.  Long time no type.  To answer your question, my parents put me in the teen drug unit of PIDC in February 1990.  (They told me I was going to see a doctor, which I guess wasn't a total lie, but I certainly didn't expect the appointment to last for several weeks.)  I was transferred from PIDC to Straight-Springfield on March 2nd...  A day after my 16th birthday.  Best birthday present I ever got (NOT!).

Welp, Scarstruck must be having major problems if he's not boasting!  What is wrong now, Ss?  I hope everything is okay.  The law?  Did you somehow miss the clinic?  Seriously, I am a tad worried, I'm not kidding.

Maybe his father was not into Straight Inc. like the rest of our fathers.  It is a known fact that women are more punitive toward children than men.  If you read any medical or psyhological books that have anything to do with gender in field you will see it is rampant even today.
