We need a good Attorney in Utah

We are searching for an attorney in Utah who is experienced with civil suits against patient abuse at teen programs.. Does anyone have any recomendations.  Our child was abused in many ways. We'd like to remain annon....but have posted hear before....

I don't know of too many who are willing to risk going up against the RTC's - lots of political bribes and so forth -   CORRUPTION at its worst is all I have to say....

You can lead a camel to water but you can't make it stink (any more than it already does)

If you neeed a competent attorney in Utah,I suggest you contact the District Attorney's office in Salt Lake City. They may be able to make a referral.The Utah public is becoming aware of the truth about the organization from St George.

Help is available.

The Utah jury appeared to be aghast at the evidence provided to them about the St George organization last Aug 2004 in Federal court.

Don't stop until justice has been served.

Anon,

Would you please share with us the results of your attorney seeking.

Was your child a "patient" or a student in the teen help program he/she had been in?

I found the word "patient" interesting unless he/she had been in a hospital type setting.

Just curious.

She was refered to as a patient at this program - Provo Canyon School.. It was listed as a hospital and our health insurance paid for it.  

Still need a lawyer - no success yet.....

In your shoes I would seriously consider using the same lawyers as PURE used in their recent court battle.  It doesn't matter what you think of PURE: if you hire them they will be working for you.  They are recognised by the courts of Utah and they have proved they have the balls, skill and integrity to take on the mighty WWASP.  PCS should be a walk in the park for them.
