There isnt a monkey out there that can jump on my PCs back and the only thing youll ever be able to tell me is my OS, my browser, and my spoofed IP.
Big deal. "
Go DL a good anti-spyware program and run a scan, let see how well your so called "Great" firewall has done protecting you. Let's see if you still sing the same tune?
Then again I'm sure you will make up some little lie about how clean your system is and that it was protected from any spyware.
I have news for you, stealthed ports mean nothing to spyware. It is you going to a webpage that where this spyware finds you.Sure you can update your firewall and browser but most firewall's and browser's will not protect you against spyware unless they come equipped with anti-spyware.
But if you don't belive me just go about your business on the web, but keep in mind you are not alone out there.
I did'nt start this forum to brag about how much programs I have and what I have and how much it cost's, I'm not about that.Yes i too have a very great firewall yadda yadda yadda, but my very great firewall did not stop spyware simply because I did not have the proper program from doing so.
For future reference, if you ever noticed your PC running much slower then it normally does, don't rule out you might not have spyware installed without your knowledge, this shit happens and it happens everyday.
Thats why it is strongly recommended to scan for updates on everything you run on a daily basis, right now some hacker is creating a hacking tool what have you to penetrate both mine and your firewall, soon it will be detected and an update will be aval to us.
Firewalls protect you from intruders and hackers, not from spyware unless they come equiped with it. I would definately look into seeing if your firwall has a anti-spyware program built into it.
And another thing, some freebie pop up ads do work well but others don't.
