Treatment Abuse, Behavior Modification, Thought Reform > CEDU / Brown Schools and derivatives / clones

This is absolutely unbelievable

i was a theist turned agnostic at cedu.  this was because i was so depressed and let down by my environment.  i found "god" again after awhile.  to me, god is the energy of the universe, and we (our spirits, what i believe to be the manipulators of our temperal existences) are all parcels of this energy.  i believe that we can unify with this greater energy, since we have a piece of it within us.

NivekOgre:
That's probably about the way I think too.

mikehunt:
then you'd probably believe that you could conjure the energy of the universe to heal your body

NivekOgre:
I'd say that it was logically possible, however the likelihood may be slim. We as humans love to think that we are so great but now that there are 6 billion of us, how significant is the individual? Sure, we may have money and tv cameras, etc. to convince ourselves we are so important but isn't it all just a facade? This is one thing I found truly appalling about CEDU, many staff thought they were Gods or something and it's very funny to read of all their antics here.

it depends on how spiritually attuned you are, i think... yeh, there are so many people in the werld, but how many of them are actually spiritual?
also, if spirits join forces, they are much stronger.  so, if you've got even 2 spirits werking together to heal your body, i think you can get results.  imagine if there were 100 werking together.. or 10,000.  wow.
