Steve Verby and Todd Reed. Why the hell are people keeping it so quiet here, is there a boogeyman?????? Say what you mean and mean what you say, that is not a propheet tool, it is life. That may be the problem, people are getting greedy, wanting to keep it a secret. Well boss, class actions are a lot harder to get out of than a single suit, I just may be an idiot, but I don't think so. Quite frankly aside from the jobs it provides, I am pretty sure CEDU is financially qualified as a low security institution, and therefore does not pay a huge load of taxes. State officials may know about this problem, or at least it is coming to their attention, but I'm not really seeing them as "protecting" CEDU, they just don't care. But aside from the school, if it were not there the state would send a few more cans of cheese and checks to Bonners Ferry, but probably not enough to make a huge difference in the state budget.

steve verby is not even a lawyer anymore, hes a judge, so clearly whoever wrote that has no idea whats goin on

You don't know what is going on dipshit.
Powell and Reed of Vervy Powell and Reed in Sandpont would love to hear from you. Another good Attorney on this Issue is Janet Jenkins also in Sandpoint Idaho. Sue those motherfuckers.
Maybe you will get Verby a jodge who already knows that are no different than the Al Capone Gang.

S/he said "verby a jodge." Maybe it is a typo and was intended as "judge." Reread that post.

I just called Janet Jenkins' office in Sandpoint. The person who answered the phone didn't know if Janet is involved in a lawsuit, but she said she would look at these posts. The phone number is 208 263-7999

I don't know if I'll be involved in any lawsuit. I am pretty nervous even posting this.
CEDU is f_ _ _ ing scary. They are rich and powerful and I don't want them destroying my career or my finances.

I did look Ms. Jenkins up on the Internet and found that she really is an attorney (we who worked there are so paranoid about the place).

I witnessed a kid's grandfather trip and fall on a rug that staff kept telling CEDU was a danger. He suffered a broken pelvis and died in the hospital. The CEDU administrator who also saw it told me to shut up about it. I did.

They f_ _ _ ing killed that old man.

Verby IS a judge now. His law partners - Powell and Reed are still there in Sandpoint and may very well be interested in your case. The made a lot of money on the last CEDU lawsuit.

yea, i just checked it out, Verby is no loger with the firm, but powell and reed are there and very interested, they settled there last case against cedu in 3 weeks for 300,000 dollars

Okay, so we have this firm. And Janet Jenkins in Sandpoint, ID. Are there any others? How many lawsuits do we have going? Shouldn't we all get together with the SAME firm? Please, folks, let's organize so we can really do something.

Should we have separate lawsuits for the different locations? I was at Running Springs. Should one firm do the whole thing? Wha-da-ya-think?

if anyone wants they can email me at JMG532@aol.com  we are doin this as a large suit, we already have over 10 people involved and staff working with us...if you email me and i think you are legit i will be willing to tell you what you need to do to get involved

I am begging you to at least list the attorney name and city. Why are you not doing this? Some of us are nervous about CEDU. I don't understand why you won't do this. It can't hurt anybody, and we can contact them directly. Will you please consider doing it? I think you'll get more people to participate that way.

we have to go after these parasites they threaten people but they are cowards anybody who wants to sue cedu for recovered memory of abuse  keep on posting
