Gainesville--We're Pot Friendly and Getting Friendlier

Check this out--it's a petition to change the city charter of Gainesville, FL so that marijuana possession of less than 20 grams will be made the lowest priority crime for the cops to go after.  It worked in Seattle, and Berkeley, CA has had a similiar thing there for years.  Damn, maybe this town will become cool again!

Damn!  Didn't know Gainesville had it 'em.  Good luck, maybe this little 'movement' will progress south. :smokin:

Yeah, maybe so. But, either way, if we keep an ear to the ground, we're sure to get a good sampling of Calvina Fay (DFAF) and her buddies going all apapleptic. That's always entertaining as hell. Better, even, than the saga of Dr. Fucktard.

Our country has deliberately undertaken a great social and economic experimanet, noble in motive and far-reaching in purpose. [The Eighteenth Amendment, enacting Prohibition.]
