Mom's Conviction Stands in Son's Suicide

Personally, I hope the judge sentences this momster to the max even if 10 years isn't near long enough.  What a horrible thing to do to a child.  God rest his soul.

God, I saw a story on her and her son. I just felt so sorry for her for some reason. She just didn't look like a monster she looked sad, I don't know its rare that I don't totally think it is the parents fault to but......I dunno about this one. Either way its tragic.

Come the millennium,

in the home of greatest power,

the village idiot will come forth to
be acclaimed the leader.

Yes, it is sad but this mother has been found guilty of neglecting her child in the worst way imaginable.  I just wish people (other family members, neighbors, teachers) who might have suspected something "was not right" had intervened.  The mother was obviously incompetent and in need of some serious help, which she probably won't get while in prison, but at least she will not be able to NEGLECT another child to death.  Hell of a saving grace, I know ...
