Like trying to plant in a garden full of weeds, real and lasting change cannot take place amid a state of slavery. How can you proclaim to be against coercive programs while supporting a regime that eliminates due process and uses coercion to do its bidding? To push for any change in the law in to accept that the law is legitimate. When activists lobby against a particular piece of legislation, they are merely reinforcing the assumption that obedience to authority is a moral imperative.
