Yet, in September of 2003, plaintiff discovered hundreds of e-mails between Scheff, Berryman and the witnesses listed in their disclosures which had never been produced, including, Paula Reeves, John France, Christopher Goodwin, Lee Colburn, Nancy Colburn, Carey Bock, Christine Gomez, Marion Haupert, Michele Ziperovich, Blanche Hardy, Christine Mocha, Lauire Berg, Gordy Lindstrom and BK DeLong.  Some of these e-mails were dated on the very dates Scheff and Berryman were swearing under oath they had produced all the correspondence in their possession.


Did Sue Scheff lie under oath?  YES.  Has Amberly lied under oath?  YES

Oh Anon, quit being so dramatic.  Carey has been forthright about the money issue.  Can't really say the same about everyone else, though, now can we?

Yes, she's been very up-front - she took it and hurt others and got Ginger sued.  Very nice work!

Anon, I think you missed the point.  Nobody disputes that Carey took money, least of all Carey, herself.  But to say that Ginger is being sued because Carey took money and hurt people is not factually correct.  I suggest you read the court record to ascertain the PREMISE for the lawsuit brought by WWASPS against Sue Scheff (PURE) and following that, ask yourself what anyone could possibly have to gain by bringing a separate civil action against Ginger and/or Carey.  Once you have done that, I have no doubt you will be singing a much different tune. One that rings true to the facts, not half-truths and/or false assumptions.

Anon, why are you so vindictive? Could it be THE TRUTH HURTS?  Sure sounds that way to me.  I mean, how else do you explain turning a post that is about someone who may or may not have been truthful in their deposition into a I HATE CAREY song and dance?  Please, try dealing with the facts instead of spinning them to suit yours or someone else's agenda.

Anon are you one of the people you allege Carey has hurt?  If so, how did she hurt you?  Can you be specific?  I am sincerely trying to understand but must tell you, Carey seems quite convinced that she has been hurt, too.  Why can't you or anybody else that is involved with PURE or these Trekkers, address any of these issues rationally instead of hurling insults (drive-by attacks) and as suggested, spinning the facts?  Enough of the smoke and mirrors, people are really tired of that b.s.

Carey is the excuse to divert the issues...and she is strong enough to stand for what she knows despite the attacks.

Yes, I do believe the other anon may be correct. Could it be The I Hate Carey Club was one big diversion which not only appears to have failed, but actually backfired?  If so, very nice work, indeed.

Oh brother! So now Carey "did the necessary things" to get me sued? Puh-leeez, folks! I think Nazi tried hard to get me sued. I think he might have a few other aliases and/or allies for that purpose and which might surprise you. But there's only one party who got me sued; the plaintiff.
