I think what our anonymous friend here is saying is that he is just incredibly ignorant of even fairly recent industry history.

Most of our readers at WWF, where the acronym is no accident, know very well who Phil is. Here's a Google search on his name.

Without giving away the actual (or pretended?) identity of this anon poster, I would like to add that it seems to be the same person who provided me w/ some of the WWASP v PURE documents from PACER.

Either that or this is just a.  :nworthy:

Excellent choice for an attorney, Ginger!  They don't come much more brilliant or dedicated as Phil.  Good luck and I look forward to updates as you are able to provide.  Fornits is in very good hands.

Ginger, I, too, am pleased to hear of your good news and look forward to updates.  Your attorney wrote a very good letter to WWASP.

Ginger, I have read the letter to Pollack (PURE's attorney) which certainly makes a definitive argument in defense of your legal and constitutional rights.  Has Pollack responded to the points made by your attorney and/or officially notified you as to whether his client (Sue Scheff) actually intends to go forward with this lawsuit?

You'd have to ask Phil.
