fukn happend a bit in my day coppin feels and what have you. its just you could trust so few that you had to be sure they wouldnt talk.  many contracts in my day, we made it livable in a jail house kinda way. except no worries of getting shanked or raped.  coz 8 was pretty corrupt eh?  shoulda been in 3.

When I was at elan there must have been over 2 dozen incidents where people had sex with each other, excluding Marty and Mr. Alboro.All of them got a Gm and shotdown 5 days.There was a councler there that had sex with a student and knocked her up.Elan covered it up real well, and kept hush hush  about it.
The way I see it if Elan only permits males to talk to females functionly then it is gonna turn into a jail house.
