A survivor found this post, contacted a survivor engaged in the site building and the update is as follows according to them. I was asked by the group to post this as an update on the two year project. Below also includes so newly declassified information. Anon is posting on behalf of this survivor as you
will see below.
2011 Statement From Group Of Survivors
--------- A delay was due to the untimely death of our beloved survivor whose efforts cannot be matched, whose life was spent as one of the most dedicated survivors to the cause of obtaining justice for us all and we shall always remember our fallen hero.
We also have a survivor who is VERY ill and facing paralysis as well as suffering from major heart problems. Who we are not certain
will survive the year. This survivor recently underwent their 21st surgery. This illness , paralysis is in our opinion, a result of time
spent at Straight as many many other survivors suffer the same type of injuries just not to that degree. This particular post request
is being written by me, anonymous, due to this survivors inability to type and the fact that they remain in the hospital. This survivor faces
an additional two surgeries however, the recovery time from the recent surgeries is well over eight months and the other surgeries have been
put on hold due to lack of confidence that they will survive two additional serious surgeries.
This survivor is our document volunteer so, that is another reason for such a long delay. We hope you all will understand that we are and continue to work on ensuring that this site, its documentation, the request to congress for restitution all go forward in the time frame we have put forth.
Further delay was due to wanting to include the corporations associated with individuals such as Betty Sembler as well as other names that are very
well known to any survivor and some new names that are not.
There is also the desire to uncover the countries that some of the corporations are operating or have filed as operating in as well as foreign individuals that are NOT INVOLVED WITH STRAIGHT BUT DO HOLD AN INTERESTING LINK TO THE SEMBLERS AND THEIR MULTITUDE OF CORPORATIONS.
Any investigator or attorney or former and current members of ISAC will tell you that proving and the task of linking corporations and or individuals to any type of shell game in laymen’s terms is a LONG , tedious task. IF THAT CRIME WERE TO TAKE PLACE BY ANY CORPORATION OR INDIVIDUAL AND WE REPEAT IF.
IT IS KNOWN AS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT CRIMES TO PROVE. The corporation and individuals connections are to say the least interesting when properly linked.
Having said that, the site is due to be up and running within eight months. However, as for the Bush connection to Straight it is limited and we cannot comment any further than that at this time.
We can say that recent declassified documents do show that victims of "experimental treatment" conducted by the US Government and or its hired contractors were awarded damages by the government.
These payments were awarded in the 1960’s and 70’s but were classified.
This process although wrapped in paperwork will be discussed on the website but it is important for each survivor to be familiar with their state and their congressman if they wish to proceed or have knowledge of what this will entail once it is asked for as a group.
It was also previously believed that such experiments ceased several years prior to Straight. It was difficult to find documentation that such experiments continued to dates that would match the formation of Straight. These newly declassified documents do show or at least indicate that the dates do match. The survivors group does hold some documentation that can be interpreted as more than opinion that Straight was
one of those experimental programs Thereby giving the opportunity for survivors to request such things as medical payments, and other such payments based on the payments given to previous victims of experimental programs. We believe these recently declassified documents will help survivors
in holding those individuals that are responsible for the human attrocities that took place, accountable. It should also assist in helping survivors
obtain restitution for the human suffering they endured as well as many other incidents that in our opinion, demand restituion.
Almost all of us survivors are aware at how difficult it has been to bring any justice to this issue so although these documents are full of more
evidence than we have seen at some murder trials it will be a difficult road. We hope each survivor can help in their own way once the site is up
in assisting this survivor group with any further documentation, phone calls, copies, etc. -------
We do hope that at that time when the site is up, survivors can work together as a team of individuals who suffered together.
We hope the comradery can be such that is often displayed by other prisoners of war who suffered together in such wars as Vietnam and the world wars.
This particular group of survivors has not revealed who we all are for obvious reasons. We hope that the owner of the board will understand our wanting
to remain nameless until the site is up. We are certain that the survivors here on this board know exactly who we are without us revealing all of our names yet. We are equally certain that every survivor knows that we are still investigating some allegations against former Straight Board
members and obtaining documentation and it would hinder us to reveal all our names at this stage.

(I am sure that many survivors are asking why the Semblers do not come out with a denial to even one of the allegations but then we know why. Don't we?.
Oh yes, they asked me to tell you Betty, sorry about the disruption of looking into your thousand dollar dresses coming through customs in their humble opinion untaxed. However, when the women at your beauty parlor start talking to survivors than they have to contact the appropriate people to make sure that their opinion or what they heard can’t be true. Oops their bad they truly didn’t mean to mess up your wardrobe delivery schedule.)
ORGINAL POST OF 2010
Soon (the website and information is currently still on schedule) a website will be posted with the format of the groups opinion with documents for one to draw their own conclusion. This site will name Betty Sembler, Miller Newton and various Board members from the Morgan Yacht and Gandy building; as
again in the groups opinion, cult leaders, kidnapping, and other felonies. Much of the new information is in regard to the board members and Betty Sembler. According to this group of survivors; this information will also be distributed throughout the press and federal government.
Many of the opinions of the group are already backed by documents created by ISAC including but not limited to; The Sembler Report, Betty Sembler, The Tax Report, The Crimes report. The group thanks the recent director of ISAC for her hard work.
It is common knowledge the involvement of Straight Inc in felonies. It is also common knowledge of Betty Sembler’s role in the aforementioned program.
It will also show the Bush involvement with the Semblers which is hardly illegal but in our opinion immoral however, there appears to be records of a Bush
being involved with Drug Free America foundation formally known as Straight Inc.
It will discuss at length Betty Sembler and Miller Newton’s involvement in the criminal institution called Straight. This will also include the discussion of almost ALL former board members, their involvement in Straight. This will include what crimes they knew about and when they became of aware of them.
It will also include a discussion of Helen Peterman, Chris Casselor, Jim Hartz, This “discussion” as we are calling it, will include documentation to allow each reader to draw his or her own conclusion about the individuals discussed. The documentation will also be used to assist survivors in the long task of requesting that restitution be paid.
Emails and flyers will also be sent out through the press.
There are survivors who are discussing the issues and statute of limitations right now with Senators, Congressman and others. In recent weeks and or months, several discussions with the media, government officials, Senators and Congressman have taken place regarding the above mentioned individuals their involvement with Straight and the felonies that were committed including but not limited to; torture, water boarding, crimes against humanity, illegal removal of human rights as guaranteed by the US Constitution, kidnapping, child abuse, tax evasion, fraud , negligence that resulted in the death of an individual, practicing medicine without a license and much more. The discussion has also involved other countries, the United Nations and the United Nations convention on torture and the violation of this convention.
It further has included the United States Government responsibility to provide lifelong medical care for individual survivors. A formal request will be presented to demand a formal apology for the events that transpired in Straight Inc.
Helen Peterman was contacted over a month ago and Betty Sembler, Miller Newton, any former Board member or any of the Bush family may contact her to inquire what the survivors are asking for.
This is a direct result of a group of survivors. Some of whom have recently obtained new documents, some of whom are involved in litigation, some of whom have a working relationship with various Federal officials, some of whom have obtained new information on Betty Sembler, Drug Free America, various former board of directors and more. The new information on former board of directors has brought many previous questions to a conclusion.
The purpose of this post should be evident to all those who know of , were in, or participated in the operations of Straight Inc.
