The 6-6-2010 incident taken from several ORCC reports where a child stated that the sexual activity was an "unwelcome encounter."
" (2) Record review on September 1, 2010 of Incident Report dated 06-06-10 for Resident #11
revealed Resident #11 along with 6 other females disclosed to staff an incident involving sexual
activity between Resident #11 and an older male resident. It was documented that Resident #11
appeared upset and stated that what occurred between herself (R11) and the male resident was
an unwelcome encounter."
Reference to this incident is made througout other monthly reports available on Fornits where this incident is elaborated upon.
While cross referencing the ORCC reports and the police calls, apparently another incident, sexual in nature, appears to have occurred on 10/22/2010 where according to LCSO, 3 units dispatched, "would like to press charges" and "the female needs to have an exam done." Reference to this incident is found on FB "RIDGE CREEK" where reference is made to the young girl's age and the arrest of the perp (no confirmation of age or arrest, only intent to press charges).
Alarming is the callousness and lack of humanity displayed, indicative of the caliber of residents in the asylum.

According to the ORCC the young man they are referring to that tried to commit suicide, is in the ORCC report 01/13/2011.
