Academy at Swift River Update

Deception seems to play an ongoing part in the life of at least one of the students there.

She was lied to to get her there, never told she would be unallowed to send and recieve mail until after she was there.  (Also, sent for trivial reasons, not real ones.)

Her mother told people she'd be able to get mail after mid-October.  Then it changed to she would take some mail with her to a visit.  Then it changed to she would be able to get mail after sometime in January.

Add a couple more to the red flags about that place.

These programs should be banned if for no other reason than they provide a very convenient place to send a kid thats already abused at home and keep them from getting help for themselves.
