Does anyone know where Kevin Lowe is?

I was in St. Pete from 82-84.  Does anyone remember Kevin Lowe or know where he is now?  I remember some particular cruelties he inflicted and I was wondering what he's doing now.

I dont or I don't remember a Kevin Lowe.
I was wondering, though, who you might have know in the Pinellas program down on Gandy.  I was in there from 85 to 88.
I know Kevin and Matthew Belski.  I remember John Myers and a few others like Christine Hartel.
