Dr. Scharf's paid salary ($240 000 CAD) is 4.6 standard deviations above the average pay for a medical director in Ontario (In the top 99.9998% !!!!)
It takes in 14 400 000 dollars a year.  1.67% goes to Dr. Scharf's salary.  2.51% of salary expense goes toward Dr. Scharf's salary.

The financial statements do not offer a lot of information.  Very difficult to make any assessments from these reports.
