Pathway Scamily Center was a foreign corporation? In what country was it actually based?

According to the secretary of state (Indiana) website, the definition of foreign is =  (domiciled outside of Indiana)

I am assuming Pathway was registered this way due to being a non-profit from Michigan originally, which is outside of the state of Indiana.

Of course, Pathway Family Center is really a fictitious name for Straight Inc. but that's another story...

Since the program closed, the paperwork should have been filed with the states. It only takes 5 minutes. This indicates that they left in a hurry with no intention of doing follow-up. I think the IRS is hot on their trail though, so don't give up just yet, LOL... Once you start hiding big-time from Uncle Sam, well, let's just say it's just a matta of time till the luck runs out. I'd be checking outside the country for the whereabouts of the Nissley's. Maybe Costa Rica or Mexico, nah, not Mexico, maybe Switzerland, yeah, there, LOL...

They are probably just living the simple life in Indianapolis. I have heard that they have a vacation home in Florida.....which might as well be another country. The Nissleys aren't out of the woods yet. Justice takes time to take effect sometimes.
