From what I gather, that organization is to this day as corrupt and abusive as it ever was.

n the past month 3 staff members hit teenage clients at DAYTOP Millbrook. 1.Priscilla was suspended and returned after punching a girl that punched her. Troy, another clinical staff member was jumped by and fought a client "Mike R and his gang" who now believes he runs the facility because of a possible lawsuit. and the best news is L.
