3 staff hit clients at millbrook

In the past month 3 staff members hit teenage clients at DAYTOP Millbrook. 1.Priscilla was suspended and returned after punching a girl that punched her. Troy, another clinical staff member was jumped by and fought a client "Mike R and his gang" who now believes he runs the facility because of a possible lawsuit. and the best news is L. On top of this there are more salary cuts, fox run is closed to teens, its only adults now. The teachers there are commuting to NYC because the BOE took over their school system.

Why did the BOE take over their school system?
Can you tell us anything more about how DAYTOP operates these days?
For instance, are they still conducting Encounter Groups, Haircuts, LEs, do they still use the chair, things of this nature?
