Well here is the deal if any one of the current moderators want to step up to the plate, the only way this shit stops is if you want it to stop. That is why we have 2 moderators that have nothing to do with Elan, first nobody from Elan wanted to do it and even if they did, "really" the elan mass would have ate them too. Funny if SEKTO came over and ran this Forum I believe shit would end quickly at least on this forum, so maybe I suggest that Inculcate (who is on a permanent vacation anyways from her duties) and Ursus step aside and let someone who really wants change to step up and moderate. Obviously so long as Danny is getting his ass kicked their happy, here is the problem next month it will be Mark, then Eric, then Sally. All because I told them to fuck themselves on a unmod. Forum over a different discussion then Elan or whatever else is up their ass with me. This what I am saying now is on a unmoderated forum.
Listen guys I'm sorry I do not believe I am staff or a Ass. Director never have and probably never will. I have tried to summon empathy and compassion for y'all but I can not to the degree as if I was really a staff. My experience was from 17yrs - 19yrs of age. Period and I was very immature for those ages.
I was a resident just like everyone else and this is the way from here forth I will proceed. I told I was staff because on paper that is what they called me but please anyone who is half awake knows 17 staff...19 Ass. Director of 26 kids, I was cheap hired labor.
