His Attorney probably advised him to hire an Attorney, I wouldn't see any smart Attorney even looking at such a ridiculous case. Here is some basic court law, If you are in a Bar or Restaurant or anywhere and some tries to provoke you to do something illegal. and you do. "You have broken the law." If you prospect trouble to get back at someone or ones, You have broken the law. If someone brakes into your house and get's arrested and charged and convicted. You still don't have the right to call them a thief or contact them in anyway. That's also against the law.
