Sorry, that is just such an unfortunate acronym. I can't resist.

It has recently come to my attention that there's a rumor making the rounds that Sue Scheff intends to sue me. For what, I'm not entirely sure as she's never given me the oportunity to refuse a reasonable request. She's never asked me to do anything, either politely or not. In fact she's never contacted me for any reason. It's not asif I'm all that hard to get ahold of.

I understand that the cause for action has to do with some folks' wish to expose the true identity of every anonymous poster and, possibly, to hold them civilly and/or criminally accountable for their words.

If this rumor is true, I would ask you to look before you leap. No, I'm not threatening a countersuit. Life's just too short to spend that much time triffling with litigious assholes if one can help it. But do ya'll really and truely want the whole world to know who called Carey a skank ho, for example? I don't know Carey all that well. Maybe she's not as averse to litigation as I am.

You know Ginger, if what you heard is true, it is extremely intertaining.  I know everything I have shared on this board has been my very own real experience.  I have not called anyone a name, other than maybe saying "who's the stupid one."  But how many people on this board have called me names over and over again just because they have not had the ability to refute something I have said. People stoop to name calling when they can't think of anything more intelligent to say.

I hope Sue does not pull you into this, but I would not be surprised if she did.  She thinks its her right to tell people when and what they can talk about as well as with who with. She can sue me, I don't have dime.  As a matter of fact I am about to lose my house because of all that has taken place over the past year.

Malicious slander, defamation,posting private emails with the disclaimer on the bottom of the email, is a serious offense.
