Can anyone identify the logo on this shirt? I know it's small. No way anyone could read it clearly from this pic. But it gave me the chills and I just wondered if anyone here might recognize it.

It’s pretty fuzzy when I zoom in on it. I can’t refine the image enough to get any details.
It’s like a tiny crest.What does it remind you of? Where does the picture come from?
