Bingo

I feel really sad and weird now after watching that Bingo thing. The Jean Sanders story was depressing but I still felt like my angry hurt cynical self...but the bingo shit just fucked me up. Who put that on there by the way? Maybe I am just getting moody or PMS or tired but it almost made me cry. Very twisty sick stomach feeling,

Bingo is at once disturbing and brilliant. It was written by a guy named Greg Kotis, whom has friends whom were in a synanon up north.. I emailed Mr. Kotis some 1 or 1.5 years ago and he claimed no connection, but we sure pissed off those people over at Elan when Ginger and I started asking questions and poking around trying to get to the bottom of it.
Oh yeah, Ginger just stumbled on it one day and I vowed to make a connection to the program. One day I was "come down on" by one major asshole on the Elan board, a Guy named Ben "the Weasel" Foster. I looked up his website (he plays in a punk rock band) and found a link to on his website to the Neo Futurists. one of his bandmembers is an actor in the troupe. and the Group originated the play, written by Greg Kotis. Greg now has a play on broadway called Urintown that has gotten critical acclaim. Ben is still an asshole last I checked...

I could only watch half that "Bingo" thing.. it reminded me of when I was in elementry school I had an asshole of a teacher for 5th grade.. he would ask us a question, we would try to respond and he would tell us not to, then he would ask the question over again.
Quite disturbing and rather annoying at that

Oh yeah, Bingo is really freaky.   I ordered the video (the visual quality is much better).  I have seen it about 25 times and it still freaks me out.  Reminds me of Straight in that there is constant sensory (sp) overload.   Always told to "get out of your head".  Never had time to sort out what was going on cause it was 12+ hours non-stop brainrinsing.  Geez, it's a wonder I not anymore whacked than I am.

LOL.. I agree with you there.. it seems like if I do watch that "Bingo" thing, it would be something that would be inside my brain for a long time and dream about.. more along the lines of having nightmares!

I'm not sure if you can purchase it, but I believe it's possible to save it after you view it on the internet.
I believe after you view it it would go to either the "cookie" files or to the "temporary internet folder" you could look for it in either one and see if you can find it, then you could save it to your harddrive and if you have a CD burner you can burn it into an AVI file.. there is a way to convert it to a DIVX format or another format that you can view it on a regular DVD player if you have one (one of my friends would know how to do that more than I would)
