WWASP seems to have left their server's downloads directory open to browsing to the public. While an oversight on that part, they did leave it open for browsing, which means we're all free to quite legally help ourselves to the files they have freely offered for download:

Download marketing materials for every single program, enrollment contracts for every single program, parent manuals, cadet manuals, and much, much more.
