Find a way to get to the offending party, brandish a sharp meat cleaver, stare the bastard in the face as he screams to God, and laugh when he whimpers like a baby.... Don't make it quick and quiet, make it loud and nasty!!!  :clown:  :nods:

And when his eyes go dead, rest assured the hell you send him to will seem like heaven after what you've done to him!!  ::evil::  :poison:  ::evil::

Hope this helps....

I can fall asleep.... but the nightmares when I do are insane. The day I found out she was out of the program for good I had the best sleep I'd had in a year. Just knowing no one there would hurt her again. But now the nightmares are back and getting worse the more stories from people I read. So when will they end? Hopefully when I shut that damn place down some of the nightmares will go away. The more abusive programs shut down the more the nightmares will stop I hope.

Start smoking marijuana.  Your insomnia will go away.  Turn the person you care about on to using marijuana as soon as they get out of the program they are in.  It will help them deal with the damage.

Smoke pot, it will do the trick, the dreams will get better. You are not the only one and you will have to figure them out. It is possible to use the dreams to your advantage. But the pot helps. :rasta:
