Does anyone have an info on Tom Burton from CA and Utah? I am a parent who had a son in a similar program as WWASP. We filed a lawsuit it was thrown out, the reason it was thrown out
TOM BURTON. The program is SAFE in Orlando Florida and it is still operating today.

If Tom is a lawyer in Utah - can he file a case in Florida?  I don't know about his reputation yet - but have heard some good things about him. I know this much - some good lawyers are needed to bring some justice to the thousands of children abused in these facilities.  If he is someone who is committed to ending this torture and abuse of children - then my hat is off to him. :nworthy:  :nworthy:  :nworthy:  :nworthy:

Here's a case that was dismissed - apparently, at the time, Tom Burton was not practicing law in Utah. I don't know if he is now or not. Heres the case that was dismissed:
