Not legal. You can't do business in one state and then demand that disputes be settled in another state.
I guess that you can get away with in most cases and just state that it is a typo when someone who knows the law comes around, it works.
Sometimes I wonder if people want to be fooled by believing what the brochures are stating without even visiting both the place and listen to slander in the local community BEFORE sending the kids.
