Two new TBS's found in Arizona.

It is the Academy of Eastern Arizona and Re-Creation Retreat

They both use a 10-14 months program, bit AEA is the lockdown with locks on doors and windows. The staff from AEA are teaching at the other facility.

The contract mentions that disputes have to be handled by Utah courts. I guess that Arizona courts are less sticts.

Not legal. You can't do business in one state and then demand that disputes be settled in another state.

I guess that you can get away with in most cases and just state that it is a typo when someone who knows the law comes around, it works.

Sometimes I wonder if people want to be fooled by believing what the brochures are stating without even visiting both the place and listen to slander in the local community BEFORE sending the kids.

I also want to add that a reason could be that they have copied the contract for Integrity House (Where the director is also working - as director).

Look at the webpage for Integrity House and compare it with the two other pages.

I guess that we have stumbled over a new growing company.
