Profile: Like perv Patrick Hamm, 28-year-old perv Tim Shea seems to relish the fantasy of nailing 20-year-old Lena Chen. Hence his shameless quasi-pedophilic come-ons towards the SATI strumpet:

“So,” wrote Tim Shea to 20 year old Lena Chen, “do guys need to wear hockey pads if they approach you? ;)

The cruel irony is that Timothy Shea is in training for a Ph.D. in psychology. Lena Chen’s bipolar symptoms must be obvious to him. Which raises a chilling possibility: Tim Shea wants a chance to take sexual advantage of Chen’s illness…just like Patrick Hamm did.

Seriously, how could a psychologist-in-training NOT recognize the pathology in a woman’s posting

a picture to the Internet of her semen-smeared face?

Oh, and Tim Shea also bitches like a bitch

I hate my job right now. A couple months ago I spoke with a higher-up about transitioning to a full-time schedule, benefits, etc. They came after ME for it too. I thought everything was on track (considering they signed off on some paperwork for my HOA confirming my salary, etc), and then the newest schedule came out (when I was suppose to have full time hours), and not only do I not have them, but I have TWO shifts over two weeks, instead of the 5-6 I had as a *part time* person. Nothing like having someone shaft me for almost 50% of my rent for the month. WTF?!

The higher-up pretty much avoided me for almost 3 weeks between phone tag, their vacation, my vacation, etc. I got a vague e-mail a couple weeks ago hinting that I may not get the schedule we agreed on, but that we could work something out. When I replied asking about my benefits, that part was ignored. "I'm sorry that things fell the way they did"....yeah, me fucking TOO!!!!!!

Do you want to hear the compromise......

*You take these shitty shifts, and we'll think that it is fair.

*Unless you can work two weekend shifts, you can't have full benefits like we promised

*Well, we have other people who have set schedules, and we need you to be flexible (even though I've been flexible for 6 months, with the expectations I'd have a set schedule, which was the understanding).

This biggest shit thing of all of this....I need the job to pay my fucking rent, because I live in a very nice place, and I based the decision off of this job. Oh and when I brought that point up, "Well...I can give you enough shifts, but you'd have to work both weekends, and 1 day during the week" (instead of 1 weekend shift, and 2-3 shifts during the week).

The most frustrating thing is that this all happened because they didn't realize that the person that I replaced also works positions under another title that I can't do as a guy (long story, but I understand why), so instead of trying to accommodate our agreement...they throw me under the fucking bus because they hired a new people who can work both jobs. I fucking helped train that person too, not knowing that they was taking at least 1 of my shifts.

I'm not being "flexible enough" because I can't work Thursdays (non-negotiable), and I'm not willing to give up every fucking weekend and work. The people who have set schedules have been there "forever" and have other jobs. Uhm...so do I!!!!

Damn....I really hope my other job opportunity comes through. (I'll blog about that in a second)
