He won't link because the thread  proves what he did.

Or maybe no one responded to his post, so he deleted it entirely, and it really doesn't exist anymore? I don't know. Anyway...it's kinda disrespectful for him to still be a moderator here, especially of the "safe forum."

You're reversing the burden of proof on Zen.  It's not up to him to bring evidence against himself.  As it stands, there is no evidence he did anything wrong (and i've looked into it).  If you have proof (which nobody has ever been able to present) that:...

A: Zen posted accurate information about CCM
AND
B: Zen obtained this information through an his position as a moderator (impossible since Zen never had access to IP address info, even if he did it would still require a subpoena.  PMs are inaccessable even to admins, and CCM's personal info was available to a google search (her fault))

... something might be done about it (such as removing his mod status).

I saw the discussion take place and saw the whole thing go down. ZenAgent indeed did make the threatening post in question, and then spent a couple days afterwards explaining why he did it. All people have to do is read the thread, and it's obvious how it went down. But people rather bury their head in the sand, than realize they supported someone who hunts down survivors personal information to humiliate them in open forum.
