I like Matt Aiken, however, he does not delve into issues as he should.
For one, HLA was given a 6 month temporary license by the ORS, it was up December 25,th 2007.  What is the status?  HLA was given 6 months to comply with the directives set by the ORS.  ORS has never even published their findings on the State web site which lead to them having to be regulated.  Clay Erickson is still the Director of Addictions with no qualifications ?  Where does the ORS stand now?  Secondly, is the class suit not before the judge for purposes of classing the suit for settlement?
And there is alot more Matt, that could have been reported.  I am disappointed you did not delve further for your article.
