What it's really all about is modifying kids' behavior via thought control.  I read some interesting stuff about the Ramtha cult somewhere, maybe I should see if I can find it again... There's a whole newage lingo around Ramtha, where you can scarcely understand what the hell they are talking about with all the emo-feel-good new age phraseology.  Yet this analysis pegged them as fundamentally conservative.  Because at their heart, they really are.  Dissenting opinions are not tolerated.  Bottom line?  "Suspension of disbelief."

I say all the newage-lingo is merely a marketing ploy.  A certain strata of the population is going to be more susceptible to those words, others get hooked more if you quote the Bible, or AA.  Whatever works to loosen the pocketbook, eh?  Don't be fooled by what it looks like on the outside.
