Recurring Soreness in my Arm
« on: December 03, 2007, 09:40:12 AM »
My right arm gets sore, stiff even, when it rains nowadays. I reaqlly think it has something to do with the mixture of the cold and the rain. Since I slammed my elbow into the edge of an open large steel door at work last month, this pain comes and goes and seems to coincide with the cold, damp weather almost down to the minute....

A couple of nights ago, I put some arnica on it; I wish I'd've thought to use it closer to when the arm started hurting. I used that flexall stuff, and it only gave temporary relief. I've been trying to work the pain out of my muscles by moving my arm around...but it still feels stiff and hurts when I extend it all the way straight out. Fuck, that hurts.

An elbow injury has never effected me this way in the past, but I'm 41 now and realize I should try to keep in better shape.
