Even if we were to accept the lowest figure of 10,000, what explanation is there for the extremely small sample of abuse victims that report a negative experience? Statistical debates don't help the anti-program side, because it helps put things in perspective. You guys are better off sticking to the graphic abuse stories if you want to change minds. I suggest you focus on the children who were raped, or tortured, and then try to make people believe that happens to every kid in a program. If I were you, that is the strategy I would use. You will lose the numbers game everytime.
