Let's start to get this organized by creating a concise concrete list of crimes committed. Let's keep this post to the facts only. We can post on other threads about our thoughts.  Remember some of these are alleged crimes. We need former students/staff to provide detailed information so that we can eventually have an attorney/investigator review these for their legitamacy. At that point we will submit them to the appropriate D.A. in California & Idaho.

1. Pre - Cedu
Crime: Homicide
Staff: Russ Decker

2. During - Cedu
Crime: Sexual assault on Cedu student. Giving alcohol to minors.
Staff: Caroline

Crime: Providing cigarettes to minors.
Staff: RMA

Crime: Mental / physical abuse. Child endagerment. Concealing criminal information regarding crimes comitted upon and by students. Product misrepresentation, fraud and deceipt (unethical business practices - including charging parents for services/products not rendered).
Staff: CEDU EDUCATION. (Mel Wasserman and all headmasters & family heads).

3. Post - Cedu
Crime:  Drug & sexual relations with former students
Staff:  Caroline Wolf & Randy Eide

Staff:  Steve Laird frequently admitted to molesting a
13 year old girl while in his early 20's.

I remember Steve Laird as a nasty, angry, rude, manipulative, self-serving little piece of work who lied to me many times, colluded in doing damage to my daughter and utterly betrayed her for personal gain and had no remorse about doing it.

Dan Earl - fraud.

An investigator from the Los Angeles school district came up to interview me.  Based on the truth I told her about what was happening at Running Springs Cedu, she determined that Cedu was not helping me, and I was not receiving a high school education.  In other words, the school district, which was funding the $2,500 a month tutition, was going to stop payments immediately.

Dan forced me to write a letter to this woman, stating that I had lied, and that Cedu was the proper place for me to be.

I ran away for good a month or so after that.

I saw Dan yesterday at the dollar store he was giving a propheet scroll making clinic and passing out complimentary methsicles. He had an old 8 track radio that had only one blown out speaker which was trickling out "There's a place for us".  He seemed to be muttering something about an upcoming parent's workshop he was going to co-run with Jerald at the local Subway in Tulsa.
