The Federal Trade Commission is engaging in a large investigation of programs, spearheaded by Congressman Miller.

If you were defrauded by HLA, send your experience using either this form or to:

Note that this is a federal investigation and gag orders relating to lawsuits definitely do not preclude your informing the FTC.
