the low standard of care, institutional types of mistakes, inferiority of staff (the psychiatrist is an osteopath who was only off probation for less than a year for having some pretty disgusting interaction with someone he treated and a director of education who only got out of college a year or so ago and doesn't even have a cert in special education and appears to be staggeringly ignorant) and an inability to provide appropriate education services or comply with contracts. the only important thing to them is mormonism and that is what they all are as opposed, it seems to me, to hiring people who provide an even medium level of care (which would be a huge improvement) but who are not their mormon cult. they are an arm of the lds and when they know you it gets scary.
the kids are having a blast and no one is dying and parents don't know what to ask, look for or expect or what to do about it.
