I saw a few articles and heard Turley Law Firm was back in court on sept 20th with wwasp. Anyone know what that hearing was about and what the result was?

Anonymous:
I hear it will be dismissed.

Anonymous:
WWASP filed a motion for it to be dismissed. We haven't seen the outcome of that yet.

Mummie:
All I can say is "good luck with that", ha ha, because I don't think it's gonna' happen.  Anyone know what the dismissal is being based on?  Got a copy of the doc?  Thanks in advance.

i am a plantiff in the case and i believe things are going well we have fough the motions to dismiss and the other side has reverted to making some moves of the "lower blow" nature.

cant say much but i think this case will definatly go to court. we have already made massive headway.

the turley law firm is by far the most honorable dedicated and personally invested group of people i have ever met. they have stepped up to the plate knowing it will be an uphill battle, taking on a case that has been difficult to file since wwasp has already taken so many procautions to eleviate themselves of responsibility. that takes courage.
