Check this out
http://fornits.com/f_cal/

This is what I've been working on for daze. First, we had no work and wanted to barter some service for something we could use. The Libertarian Party of PA was looking for someone to mind their stat events calendar and we figured we could do it in exchange for a tasteful, descreet plug at the foot of the pages and emails.

So this is the result. And, just today, I've gotten it to the point where there are seperate dev and production sites set up. That means I need gunae pigs to beat hell out of the dev site.

SO now. If anyone wants to add events, please do. If you want email notification of any of the events listed there (now or in future), let me know what you want and I'll make it happen. Each page and email will, as I said, come with some kind of small, inobtrusive plug either for my website hosting or something I'm trying to sell. Hmmm... maybe straightink.com is a good test case for that?

Can I do it, Mo? Alex, any objection to your plug showing up with any of the content that might turn up in that page (I approve all public submissions)

If it looks like it's taking off, I'll be selling sponsorship. Either way, if ya'll know of a commercial interest that could benefit from having a gizmo like this, by all means send them our way! We don't come cheap, but we are some kick ass programers and we take pride in our work and customer satisfaction.

Thanks, ya'll!

Sounds good...go right ahead. I'll have to be honest, I'm not sure that I grasp everything that's going on there...(I'm ready to fall asleep)
but go ahead...I know whatever it is that you're doing is probably a good thing...thanks for adding the gig to the calendar.
