any updates/changes?

i'm curious to know what exactly has been going on at hla, what changes have been made, how HLA's licensure is going, changes in rules/priviledges, etc.

Still out there, my friend; but laying very low.  The paranoid little bastard is setting traps, and even his goose-stepping gestapo loyalist are worried.  But something is afoot, and we'll all hear about it soon.
