So is this another wwasp/Somoa redux or not? Their website is incomplete as of yet so it isn't easy finding a staff list. I've poked around on the govt. websites and haven't found much so this place must be very recent.

Not WWASP - but bad enough

I have found two names, which should be investigated further.

The first one is Alema S. Fitisemanu. I have found the following sources to digg into:

New facility for teen rehabilitation in Samoa
Foundation for troubled teens in Samoa will offer financial help for some locals to attend
BYU's 1984 Champs ? Where are they now
He is mentioned at the end of this article.

The other guy is Sione Tavake. He worked for New Leaf Alternative - a host family program.

New Leaf Alternative

It does not sound like WWASP, but it is bad enough.
