I am glad you are so confident. However, if you don't think that what is on that site can be shown to effect the individuals protrayed you are an idiot. I personally don't care at this point if the site remains up or not. I have printed the entire site and look forward to what progresses.
In addition, if you don't believe that fornits and or Ginger and or anyone associated with this site cannot be held responsible for calling staff niggers, whores and porn stars, you really haven't kept up on recent hate legislation which holds that sites such as this are perpetuating hate.
I just hope the individual is young, then their parents can pay and/or they can pay for a lifetime. Just keep sending the check.

Who do you think Fornits is? It's not one person and it's not a corporation. Ginger is her own person and I dont' believe I've EVER seen her write anything that would be considered rascist (although that's protected too. the friggin KKK and Arian Nation talk shit all the time....under police guard).
As for Ginger, I think she can handle herself. She's done quite well so far fending off the several suits that people attempted to file, but she knows we're all here to help if she should ever really need it.

You still don't get it you moron. If any staff member can prove that their livelihood would be effected (i.e. lose a job, not be considered for a job, etc.) due to false statements placed on your site using their real names you are liable. Second, the use of the word nigger is considered the perpetuation of hate. This is enough to prove slander and get paid well.
