There is an exchange act which doesn't require certain nonprof to file with them 16(d).

IF Isabelle ACTUALLY filed for the non-profit status for the all the "donations", it was since April or so.  She spoke to me about filing it at one point in time on the phone.

That's weird because she originally filed the LLC in 2005, but didn't file on non-profit status?  Strange.  Well then, it's not been filed, cause' it's not coming up.  The Month of filing doesn't matter, it would have pulled her up under either name.
