I reasearched SEC's Edward and when you type in either CAICA or Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse nothing comes up.  That could mean one of two things

1.  She hasn't filed.

2.  She has, but prior to the search available 7/24/2003 is the earlies you can search.

Sorry, will keep digging.
