I reasearched SEC's Edward and when you type in either CAICA or Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse nothing comes up.  That could mean one of two things

1.  She hasn't filed.

2.  She has, but prior to the search available 7/24/2003 is the earlies you can search.

Sorry, will keep digging.

There is an exchange act which doesn't require certain nonprof to file with them 16(d).

IF Isabelle ACTUALLY filed for the non-profit status for the all the "donations", it was since April or so.  She spoke to me about filing it at one point in time on the phone.

That's weird because she originally filed the LLC in 2005, but didn't file on non-profit status?  Strange.  Well then, it's not been filed, cause' it's not coming up.  The Month of filing doesn't matter, it would have pulled her up under either name.

You can go to the link for the Sec. of State and do a search for any hand slapping, or complaints.  But that would take a while to research.  You can also go there a file a complaint, and whistle-blow. :rofl:

I think a little birdie should whisper into the Father IRS's ear.  

She controls her site.  Which means she can control just how much money the public see's she's received.  Hence, why it only shows around 100.00 donated?  Maybe.  Would you tell everyone and their mother if you weren't tax exempt just exactly how much you've really received?  Not.  

Maybe she doesn't qualify for that status?

How bout' it Izzy?  What's up with that?
