This is going to offend...somebody, I guess, but I would laugh my ass off if a startled teen awakened by Rick Strawn grabbed a 9mm. from under his mattress and dumped the clip in Rick the wino's head.

Does anyone know what the laws are on minors protecting themselves from kidnapping? Has a kid ever killed an escort? If so, did he get away with it?

I think a shit-hot lawyer could make a good case for self-defense.

It definitely seems like self-defense.  Bloated, failed footballers kick a kid awake and tell him he can come quietly or they'll cuff him and drag him.  The kid could gather the bozos aren't cops and ventilate the goons.  I can't imagine anything more traumatic than being taken away  by an escort service.  The fact parents are paying the "escort" makes a kidnapping legal?

Same rational as it being legal to pay someone to beat the shit out of your kid, lock them in a warehouse and keep them out of school for years - but if you do it, it's child abuse and makes front page news.

Not me...I can't think of too many better examples of a justifiable homicide. Hopefully some kid out there will read this and make it happen. :tup:

I think some kids get clues from their parents that an RTC is in their future.  Youngsters, if mom and dad start tripping and talking about a "Summer camp" in the Fall, keep a shiv under your pillow and go for the jugular if a fat man stinking of Mad Dog tries to "escort" you.
