What is this shit all about? Could Izzy quite possibly manage to find more ways to cover her ass or did she manage to use them all?

Makes it "sort of, kind of, maybe-liike, sounds like" Izzy might wanna try to cover her fat butt for any potential law suit, or something like that, MAYBE?
Does something like this apply as-of-the-date she published it on CA-CA?
Is that how this works?

Or maybe it's just smart business. Maybe there's no ass-covering at all. Ever thought of that? I've seen very similar things on other sites.

"Smart business" is not what springs to mind when I think of Isabelle Zehnder. She's got the Midas touch in reverse - she puts a bloated hand on a good thing and it turns to shit. "Smart"? With all those disclaimers, what are you supposed to actually believe from Big Iz? Mean what you say, Izzhole!
If Iz were legitimate, she wouldn't hide behind a wall of disclaimers. Why does she need them? Her buddy Sue Scheff says the days of Free Speech are over. It was useful when she needed to cover her ass against WWASP, but she's finished with it - she's reached WWASP status herself, and can't be bothered by the nay-sayers. She'll sue you into silence.
But this nay-sayer's got a disclaimer, too...I'll keep speaking freely, thanks.

It seems some see things on other sites, and then just copy them and claim them as their own. What's this called again, when someone takes other people's creative work and claims it as her own?
