As to what happened to me, and where, you haven't a fucking clue, nor do you have a fucking right to judge anyone else as far as that is concerned, nor anyone else judge you, for that matter...
People have their own damages, that's all I am saying, and you are not helping matters by sitting in high moral judgment on something you know but little about. We might know, and we can learn, about day to day particulars but, last time I checked, nobody has--as of yet--acquired the ability to reside in someone else's head or heart.
I have no beef with you, Tag, but, if you don't mind my saying, and I mean this with utmost and gentle respect, it really does sound as though Elan has stunted your ability to empathize...

Felice come on, you know I'll just call you anyway. I am not anyone to say what you saw when I was 5 years old. Phil's death was unfortunate, however I think we all agree that after the 80's Elan fundamentally changed the way it operated in every aspect.

Hey, Tag, not Elan. Your neighbor on the coast, early/mid 70s, when these places really ripped your innards out. So much so, that, fat chance I'll ever tell my story with my avatar attached to it, LOL!
In my day, we heard all sorts of things about Elan, and I think there were even a couple of kids that did time at both Hyde and Elan. Hyde has since cleaned up its act somewhat, but it is still all about thought reform to modify behavior, or the other way around: behavior modification to achieve thought reform! Either way, its one coercive trip and a half! Yuk!
