This whole forum cracks me up, honestly. I had no idea this entire website even existed 2 months ago. Now, I find myself checking it on a daily basis to see what bullshit is going to come out of the next person's keyboard. I was a resident in the early 90's and I can tell from some of your descriptions, that most of the whiners in here must have been there before I was because I remain in contact with current staff and know all this shit hasn't happened since I left. SO here's my point: I find myself having pity on you people for..
1. Not being able to find people in your own lives that you can vent your day to day frustrations on instead of anonymous people in cyber-land.
&
2. Not having enough of a life that something that happened (with mathamatical probability) 20 years, or so, ago still consumes your daily routine.
But after all is said & done..like I said you crack me up! We are fortunate enough to live in the United States of America where freedom of speech is taken for granted and Jerry Springer rejects feel it is necessary to spout their own insecurities on others via bickering on a public forum website. Entertainment for the masses! Thanks, I'll bring the popcorn for tomorrow's show!!!

Do bring your popcorn, dear. And do stay awhile. Perhaps, in time, you may grow up enough to realize that some people have actually gone through some significant trauma, and have not healed from it yet.
Just what do you wish to accomplish with your cavalier and superior attitude? Establish that you are not as fucked up as everyone else? Does anyone have a medal we can award this superior being?
Life is hard enough in the day to day, let alone carrying around emotional baggage from long ago. Why would you want to ridicule people like that? It's like throwing stones at someone in a wheelchair!
Try having a bit more of a heart, you might actually find the defrosting somewhat life-affirming!

Oh, I'm sure you'd put me into whatever category you consider the most derogatory, Tag. And I'm sure I need to "grow up," "heal," whatever...
As to what happened to me, and where, you haven't a fucking clue, nor do you have a fucking right to judge anyone else as far as that is concerned, nor anyone else judge you, for that matter...
People have their own damages, that's all I am saying, and you are not helping matters by sitting in high moral judgment on something you know but little about. We might know, and we can learn, about day to day particulars but, last time I checked, nobody has--as of yet--acquired the ability to reside in someone else's head or heart.
I have no beef with you, Tag, but, if you don't mind my saying, and I mean this with utmost and gentle respect, it really does sound as though Elan has stunted your ability to empathize...
